And how are elected leaders in Pittsburgh going to influence what goes on in other cities? By asking pretty please with sugar on top?

I heard rumors Ricos was in 80s and early 90s. Could be total bullshit tho.

All I know is that if I see dozens of blue collar looking white people congregating on the sidewalk, I cross the street and ignore whatever they're saying. Come to think of it, if I see dozens of anybody doing that, I do the same thing.

End the teachers and police unions. Implement universal healthcare. IMHO.

It's a general description, because they don't have all the info, and most bystanders won't observe all that much, but dreads stick out, and if he was running from the cops he's probably a) running, and b) not dressed for it. Good thing John fetterman wasn't there, he'd probably whip out shotgun and stumble through a simple sentence after limping over to the perp.

Didnt the driver ever watch the matrix? If you're being chased, stay the fuck off the highway. And don't go fast, it'll give you away, go slow and turn a lot, and perhaps park somewhere and lay low.

Yeah I can tell your new to town. If this is something you are considering, I will move out now and you can pay me 😂😂😂😂😂

Influx of people at car washes when it’s 55 in January > Influx of people buying bread and toilet paper when it’s going to snow in January

Even still that’s a crazy price. Also that’s the closest match I could find, it’s not an exact match based on op’s description.

Mortgage with or without property taxes? My mortgage is less than that, but taxes are greater than 50% of what the bank gets.

That's fully furnished - it's not just the unit, they're renting the furniture and decorations.

Landlords already know; list for 5k, if no one calls you in a week, knock a little off until you get traffic. Op is just a clueless out of towner from a more expensive city who got tricked by one of those "Pittsburgh is awesome" posts, or a Chinese grad student whose parents are paying.

This is incredibly high. Even if that 4500 included utilities it'd be too high
