I'm convinced spicy Asian noodle soups are a magical remedy for most ailments, body and soul alike.
I had almost the same experience a number of years ago when I got swine flu real bad. 103+ degree fever, barely left my bed for days, blinding headache, aches and chills constantly, couldn't eat anything. My wife then got me a pipping hot bowl of spicy pho and within minutes The snot started flowing, my breathing opened up and I started feeling better.

My solution to if someone breaks in my house? I'd make my presence known without aggressing, which deters most. If they insist on looting my house, then I'm going to prioritize personal safety over property

So you got a solution or just keeping status quo?

Dunno maybe nobody told it that wearing its COVID-19 mask isn’t mandatory anymore?

The sucker keeps floating away so we had to pin it down with an over sized butterfly net.

Do you understand that a leasing agent works for a landlord?
This whole conversation is ridiculous. Good day.

They are probably repointing the brick which means they pull out what’s left of the old sand and lime mix between the bricks and press in a new mortar mix. It’s a slow and tedious skilled but messy job. Now that I’m living in Washington DC, all our historic houses 100 years old are needing this done. You don’t fill with cement or your bricks may crack from the freeze thaw with nowhere for the moisture to go, called spalling.

That takes money and time believe it or not, as much as I do hope that's not the "permanent" solution.

So you’re going to do nothing and allow crime to run ram-pit, got it.
