So while I agree that maybe the term PTSD is maybe overused, just because he hasn't seen combat doesn't mean he didn't have it. The way it is presented in the article and criminal complaint may imply that his PTSD is from military service, but who knows.

Edit : That it is in the criminal complaint makes it seem to me that it's a legitimate confirmed diagnosis. Not a "someone cut in front of me at Sizzler and now I have PTSD" kind of situation.

The failure of the system is that nobody picked up Morris sooner. He's been making shooting threats (and very credible ones) for weeks leading up to the incident.

But, him being a Veteran has nothing to do with anything. He was stationed in North Carolina for a bit, he never saw any combat.

Yeah, always sucks to see a cool old power station bite the dust. Sure would’ve been a cool museum but i imagine it would’ve been hard to really convert into any sort of museum.

It was an older, smaller coal fired power plant, only producing 568MW. The plant was decommissioned in 2011, demolition began in 2015 and was completed in 2016.

Since Johnstown is not super far, I would recommend renting a uhaul truck yourself, since prices are pretty fair and the trucks are good quality and easy to drive, either asking family or friends for the load/unload. Or, checking on the uhaul site for just movers for the loading portions if you decide to drive yourself https://www.uhaul.com/MovingHelp/Pittsburgh-PA/1/Results/ Also, I’ve had friends use Two Men and a Truck and had a great experience though I’m not sure how far they travel to outside the city so you might need to call.
