Thank you for posting this to the Pittsburgh reddit. Been "following" this company for years after some acquaintances got involved with bad results. Arias agency's reach is almost nationwide at this point as well with offices across many states. This notion fails to mention all the other AIL subsidiaries that exist in the US and Canada where the same toxic culture may pervade.

So much golden content exists on how scummy this place truly seems to be and this lawsuit is great exposure. Yes, shazier is involved for some reason and also possibly terrelle pryor. Jim Tressel is Simon Arias' "mentor," and often features on his social media.

Mike Russin is in deep doo-doo. For more insight into the mind of this maniac check out his "podcast." He truly has a warped view of the world as it stands in 2023 and deserves to be punished should his alleged actions be proven true in court.

Frankly, as a UPMC For Life Complete Care member, the only people to lose will be us insurance members. The government is poking the bear. What would they like us to do If they kick UPMC out of Medicare?

Go to Death Trap General on the Northside and try and find new doctors and get new Prior Auths for all of our medications while Highmark continues to be unable to market a profitable product?

Highmark is out of Network and we don't want to go there anyways.

We like UPMC.

If I needed surgery, I would feel completely comfortable having Luketich perform it.

It really seems as though the two lovebird surgeons took revenge for him exposing their tryst.

What I don't understand is that Pennsylvania is a two party consent state. How are they not being prosecuted for recording Luketich's private conversations with his doctor and why would the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix hire both of them with the scandal and illegal act hanging over their heads?

I used to work at a location in Warrendale. Simon and his family would always come in for our professional services (staying anonymous). He was always so nice but I couldn’t figure out how on earth they had so much money. Looked into employment with them and it was always bright red flags. The way he carry’s himself I wouldn’t be surprised.

I did this exact thing and it was fantastic. I was able to move out of state totally solo. Here’s how it went down. I used uhaul’s movinghelp to hire 2 movers at each end of the trip.

  • night before: picked up truck at uhaul and left my car there
  • 7:30 a.m. 2 movers showed up at my old house, loaded the truck, took one hour (I had moved everything to the first floor during the week before the move).
  • 9 a.m. back to Uhaul, they attached trailer to truck and guided me while I drove my car on it
  • 9:30 - 4:00 drove 6.5 hours to my new place
  • 4:00 - drove my car off the trailer and disconnected it at uhaul in new city
  • 4:45 - 2 different movers unloaded truck into new place took 1 hour.
  • 6:00 - dropped off truck at uhaul drove my car to new home. Had a beer.
