Eide’s was the place to get punk and metal in the 80s and 90s. Now, it’s an afterthought. Once digital music started killing physical media, they scaled way back on music sales. They still sell records and CDs, but damn near every store mentioned in this thread does it better, and with a lot less attitude from staff (an Eide’s tradition that will never change).

If you like indie comics, that place is an absolute treasure.

Simp? It was a real question. Didn’t hear of any of them losing their wives or houses. YOU “created a whole ass account” just to bash the place so if that’s what you thought I was doing your no better. Calm the fuck down.

Also the workers fixing the Xfinity internet, TV and phone in the Greensburg area. I hate the prices I pay but it’s all back up and running in 12 hours.

IMO Pittsburgh power companies are pretty great at keeping services operating and restoring them when outages occur.

Woof! The power was out at my job for like 2 hours... glad we didn't have to go a whole 14!

Also, 10/10 for ya'll at those stoplights. People were very respectful and treated them like stop signs. I was very impressed. It's not our first rodeo apparently.

In all honesty, it’s often times not worth accepting a group of 30. Let’s say you take up 6 tables, and are there for four hours. I could turn those tables 3/4 times in that time period. You’re not ordering food the whole time, so unless I can hustle some drinks, it’s a waste of tables.
Throw in some kids, and it’s even worse.
Would you be interested in maybe doing it in a nice hotel? Perhaps at your place and having it catered? It may be easier honestly.

Lol I'm on West Penn, they're a little better about it, plus it was a 500+ customer outage with 3 more nearby, so it probably made sense from a resource-useage/efficiency standpoint to send one team out and knock 4 easy outages (they were all simple trees-on-wires issues) off the list.

Please. Pierogies Plus is your answer. And, if you get them at the Squirrel Hill Market, you can choose from two stellar kielbasas from Thoma Meats and Bardines Smokehouse.
