You got it in one; I had no idea why they took so long to evaluate it, but I have little to no hope that my property in there is in any good shape.

Exactly, punks suppose to be different than the rest of the world. Seems like punk is just like the rest of the world. Its a party, and it lets abusers run rampant.

No doubt but even then… say ya buy a house for 120k. Your gonna need like 25k straight cash. That’s about half of your yearly take home if ya make 30 an hour.

Giant Eagle used to sell Isaly’s barbeque sauce in jars (and may still). My mother always made it from scratch.
Googled & found this: https://isalys.com/product/isalys-original-flavor-barbecue-sauce/

My back is shady and has tons of violets and clover. I can ignore it throughout a lot of the year. The front though is a shitty monoculture and I have to mow it pretty much every week in spring. I need to bring that shade to the front.

A few of the neighbors have already done theirs at least once. Mine is already shaggy looking. I was thinking I have maybe a week tops before needing to do it.

Whomever it is, stoking unrest is the goal. It's fair to work your way back from that assumption.

No the reassessment was triggered by a lawsuit. The adjustment of the mileage rate is because of windfall provisions in state laws. They have to adjust the tax rate so that the amount of taxes collected remains steady.

Electric riding mowers are still really expensive, though having that much lawn to mow is already expensive whether they realize it or not. So I can see what you mean there.
But replacing a walk-behind with electric isn't too hard to do. If your yard is small enough you can easily get by with a very cheap, corded mower.
For anyone on the fence, though, my battery mower is a beast and is much easier to use than gas. And there's even less maintenance than a gas mower, which is already low.

Reply to Chicken Keeping In Pittsburgh by ClothesGreen8716
My neighbors have them! They have about five chickens in a small backyard enclosure that’s decorated with string lights and has a door that allows them access into a (presumably heated) garage for when it’s cold.
I love to watch the chickens when I drive by! I highly recommend the chickens, if not solely for the eggs then for a positive egg-sperience 😁

Seems like it’s a widespread threat. My wife’s elementary school was on lockdown this morning in Cambria County. I teach at Duquesne and we received multiple updates about these hoax threats today. If I had to guess, it might be related to the recent school shooting in Tennessee - someone’s dumb idea to try and at least invoke a reaction from the thoughts and prayers crowd.
