It was an informational talk at the library. It seemed legit and there were a couple of speakers (one was from the city of Pgh, can't remember who the others were), they even talked about getting your nearest neighbors to sign off or something to appease the permit requirements. But my takeaway was the cost of the permit and the amount of land needed was larger than my lot, so I didn't explore it further. I'm sure things have been updated as this was about 10 years ago.

Imo anywhere but D&B - I’m not saying it’s bad or anything - but it’s basically just a Chuck E. Cheese for parents who have more money.

I wouldn’t want to spend my adult birthday there unless it was something my kid wanted to really go do.

I've always wished it would be possible to do a Lord of the Rings parody starring Billy Gardell, Michael Keaton, Jeff Goldblum, and other famous Pittsburgh actors. The plot of the movie is they have to take a ring (It's one of Brady's so yinz know it's pure evil) up to the top of Mt Washington, and throw it in a storm drain. The ordeal is that they have to cross all three rivers, and go through two tunnels because there's construction everywhere.

There is a place downtown and in Dormont called Ninja Entertainment. They do trades and trade ins. Back in the day (2015ish) they used to do $.50 per DVD minimum and would give you more overall for what you have if you bring alot in.

Not sure how they are today. They usually beat out The Exchange (They had two locations close to The Exchange for that reason) by a decent margin.
