In the last 4 years I’ve only ever gotten 3 call backs from Zillow apts that I’ve reached out to schedule a viewing. When they require you to apply and pay an application fee first is lowkey a scam. They just accept the fee and never actually give the apt tour.

My previous apartment in federal hill I found on fb market. It was also great.

Just don't pay any application fee or deposit without actually seeing the place first..
