This is in keeping with the Ocean State theme. Marine navigation buoys are red and green, and you stay between them to stay in the channel. In this configuration, you're clearly leaving the city, since red is on your left, and the alliterative memory aid "Red Right Returning," tells you to keep the red on the right side when coming into port.

I used to live in that neighborhood. That bridge has been under construction for a while, and that intersection has been annoying ever since. It’ll be wonderful when it’s is finished! What a great way to make the Smith Hill neighborhood feel truly connected with downtown!

Going after bike lanes on day 1, cause, you know, priorities.

Dismantling infrastructure that makes Providence a more modern & multi modal city is a great way to ensure you are a one term mayor.

Didn't have full coverage at the time but glad to know. I swear its all legal racketeering to be honest. Why on earth would you need to pay to get your own car back.

The Compost Depot at Frey Gardens serves Elmhurst and Smith Hill neighborhoods. They don't do home collections, but they have set up a collection bin during farmers markets, at least in the past.

I do my own backyard composting, which I would recommend if you have the space. Use a compost bin and just do veggie and plant composting. Mine has a lot of coffee grinds, too. It's pretty easy.

My opinion:
Brett Smiley, while appearing as a Democrat, is quite moderate and very pro business even at the detriment of the community according to previous debates and statements.
I'm not sure why eliminating a bike lane because "it's fragmented" is a logical conclusion. It would be most helpful to do the opposite, to construct more and connect them. Additionally, in that area, people use the bike lane to walk, bike, and even during certain events to use it as a seating and walkable area. Eliminating this for cars only degrades the community.
Of course, this also encourages pollution (RI is about to miss its 2030 goals solely due to lack of non-car infrastructure), makes it more dangerous, and ignores the large population of students and those in the area who bike, use public transit, and walk.

Urban Greens has compost bins, but you have to be a member to use them (though it’s really not enforced).

We use Groundwork Harvest Cycle: https://groundworkri.org/harvest-cycle-compost/
They do biweekly pickups by bicycle of a 5-gallon bucket for $16 per month
You can also do a drop off option for $10 per month

Along with the free community drop offs, Bootstrap Compost will pick up from your house (you pick the amount and frequency) for a fee, and then return composted soil during the growing season https://bootstrapcompost.com

East Providence offers a drop-off location.
Closed until spring.

Sorry that happened to you Op, I hope you find it soon and in the same condition you left it.
When you do, I want to recommend investing in AirTags(one for car trunk/one for wallet) We live in a small enough state where this can actually be implemented and useful. If big brother wants to watch us he better be damn useful.

Palo’s has amazing veggie dishes. They’re a tapas place and it has a sort of cozy, romantic feel instead of fine dining. but their food is amazing. my friends and i go ham on all their veggie tapas and are always so satisfied.

If you have full coverage on a vehicle you should be able to get tow fees reimbursed. The only thing that could be an issue is if you have other remarks on your record (up to three years) then you may just want to pay out of pocket.

I think I looked into them before but I didn’t see anything about a drop off location.
