West Side Yoga’s slow flow and restorative (meditation) would be good. Not near you, but Create Power Yoga in east providence is VERY beginner friendly - id recommend their “power/restore” classes, or hip & back yoga, before diving into their power vinyasa classes

Dr Aaron Salinger at Balance Chiropractic and Wellness is awesome! I have several friends who have gone as well and have great results. He sends you for x-rays after a thorough consultation, then you have a treatment plan with adjustments and a circuit of machins in the office a few times a week . There's daily "homework" with the Denneroll blocks. Also, he shows you in the x-rays exactly where the issues in your spin or neck are by drawing lines of where the curves should be. Fascinating process for sure. He always says if Chiropractors are so dangerous why is my malpractice insurance so cheap lol. Anyways, 5 stars for Dr Aaron!!

This person puts more thought and planing into parking at a bike shop than I've put into my entire life. Anyone one else out here just winging it ?

P.S Get some Nitro Cold brew next door while you're here!

Car seats can be hard to donate - many places may not want to give them out because they can’t be sure they haven’t been in an accident. But hopefully if you can’t find a place to take it, you could give it to someone you know!

I’ve been wanting to get into Yoga (and just more body awareness in general) for a while now. It’s not something I consciously tried to align with the New Year, but that does make me more inspired to jump in! Glad it inspired you too:).
