You’re welcome!! 😊 Wow, youā€˜re going to have an amazing first day! Dropkick will be an awesome way to kickoff the trip. Providence can be kind of quiet at night, but Fridays are usually a lot of fun. The bars should be open decently late. Thereā€˜s bound to be something exciting going on- but I hope you are able to plan a party in advance, just in case!

Murphyā€˜s is a great Irish pub downtown! Blake’s Tavern and Muldowney’s Pub are good downtown options too! McBrideā€˜s is my go-to pub but mostly because it is convenient for me. It is outside of downtown. Free Play Arcade is a popular bar with lots of arcade games, and The Royal Bobcat is one of my favorite spots for cocktails.

If you need any help while you’re here, feel free to dm me! I only moved here a year ago but I am very resourceful!

Thank you for kind and quick response šŸ’š my dreams coming true and finally i am heading to Boston. But Dropkick and Providence are also priorities. 21.10 is my first day in US actually xd concert begins 3 hours after my arrival šŸ˜… you gave me hope even though i still dont have solution. I have booked accommodation in Boston before i found out info about concert… maybe this after party idea works out and night life in P save me 😊 i guess that city doesn’t go to sleep at 23.00 (maybe can you recommend any pub- irish will be the best ā˜˜ļø)

A parking pass is either $100 for a car register in Providence, or $200 for a car register outside the city. A parking ticket is $25. Most of my neighbors park on the street with no pass, and clearly don’t get more than 4 tickets a year cause none of them have bought the pass. I don’t know of any parking lots in that area, but I doubt they would be cheaper than a parking pass

Cześć! I would love to join in but I’m going to be out of town that day ā˜¹ļø I sincerely hope someone will join you for an afterparty or that a lift will work out. Providence is a wonderful city. Most of the people I’ve met here have been very kind. I hope you enjoy your time here (and in Massachusetts)!!

If you live walking distance to the new TJ, and walking distance to a WF, then you either live in walking distance to East Side Market as well, or you live on the bus line. There are two WF and one is spitting distance from ESM, and the other is on the busline that also serves Stop and Shop.

In other words, you already have less expensive choices.

How exactly? The TJs parking lot in Warwick isn’t that big. I’ve never had more than a ā€œhave to wait an additional lightā€ to get in or out. Theres always spaces. This TJs is in between interstate on ramps and off ramps (also with loads of street parking around) - meaning they are already areas built for high volume. This isn’t Costco.
