The Waterman St. dog park and and the Gano St. dog park are both right off of the East Bay bike path, and are within walking distance of each other.

There are a bunch of shootings/stabbings that go unreported as well. Either way Providence is the least violent city I have ever lived in. Only time I saw some high levels of violence was during the 90's

The video and “prank” itself is v unamusing and annoying. But it being a video from providence in general was what got me surprised, just wish it wasn’t for an unfortunate reason. Small town girl I suppose
