I walk my dog here often and it’s usually pretty quiet, but probably not great for off leash. Plus there conveniently placed trash cans which definitely come in handy!

The human doesn't choose the squirrel; the squirrel chooses the human. If you are a friend they'll let you know. Make a few offerings.

last winter my drafty 1 bedroom Nov-Feb bills were all $350~ . I never had heat above 68. I kicked the temp down to 50 for all of March and basically only slept there. I spent the entire days anywhere else. Bill was still around $200). I moved to a new apt because of it.

Thanks for the recc! We ended up doing an urban loop. Started over by PARL, crossed the walking bridge and then went through Waterplace park. Had a coffee and a pup cup at Starbucks on Chestnut at the end.. Will definitely check out those dog parks next weekend!

There’s nice places in there to let your larger dog (GSD, Husky, etc) explore with you off-leash safely if they are trained for it. It’s what I do when I boulder there when it’s closer to 70 degrees.

If you want to be their friend leave them alone. Because after you leave they will go be “friends” with another human. Then animal control will come kill them.

I don't know but I once saw a squirrel at Lippitt Park digging into a bag of Dunkie's... so he seemed pretty cool, I'd start there.
