Actually, the building was considered historic, according to the nomination to the national register of historic places, which is on file at the state preservation commission. But the city didn't consider it worthy of preservation, which is all that matters in cases like this.

Come to Central Falls. It's no South Texas, but there are multiple restaurants from just about every Latin American cuisine. For Mexican I like La Herradura and El Paso. El Paso even has Mexican breakfast.

This proposal would do the opposite of relieving pressure on housing stock. It would artificially juice demand by not allowing sharing of property. If she really wanted to relieve pressure on housing stock she would propose repealing zoning laws and regulations that make it cost-prohibitive to create more housing increasing supply thus reducing cost.
