Reddit hates bully breeds. They’re all confused and think a blood hound won’t rip your throat out, or how goldens are extremely two faced and regularly bite their owners. People love to read statistics on pits and bully’s but refuse to look at stats of other breeds. Any dog can become a destructive force when you don’t meet their needs.

News flash: we want people from out of state with money moving here. They bring high education levels, improving the labor market and attracting business.

But even ignoring that point, the taxes would be from the businesses and people living in that building along with all the jobs building it would have created for several years, and the additional businesses that would have been able to open as a result of the influx of high earners providence sorely needed for its tax base.

But even ignoring that indisputable point, we need more units of housing EVERYWHERE at all levels. This is basic supply and demand. Now we get nothing for at least 10 more years. Watch as NIMBY heads explode at whatever new project is proposed. They will find some excuse.

If you are OK commuting a little, Electric Boar has a shop in Quonset and another just over the line in Connecticut. They're always hiring entry level people to train, begin around $22 an hour, and have great benefits.

Many places are. If you've ever worked in a restaurant kitchen, you'd know that a mid to high volume restaurant will grind to a halt pretty quickly without a decent dishwasher or two. In the current labor market, that means paying people $20 to keep them from going to be elsewhere.

This exact thing happened to my 10 Lbs yorkshire terrier. A big dog off their leash attacked him and was whipping him around like a rag doll. It was scary. To this day if I see any large dog on or off the leash I try to avoid them or at least make sure I put myself between them.
