Hide Speakeasy at The George restaurant on Washington Street has comedy every Friday night. Check out Glue Factory Comedy on Eventrbrite. It sells out a lot.

Don't tell comedy comes around a fair amount. Always good shows. You just gotta get on their email list to know when/where they are

I live in Elmhurst. It's safe to walk around. As mentioned above, Wanskuck Park is nice. You're also close to Providence College, I often walk my dog around the campus. If you head south on River the Pleasant Valley parkway is a nice walking spot. I'm not worried about my safety but I wish the city would invest more in repairing sidewalks and improving cleanliness with regular litter cleanup and more garbage/recycling bins. The lower income areas have a lot of litter and broken sidewalks.

It’s normal for Fish Co.

There are a few places in the city that will frisk you on the way in (exception not the rule) and typically they provide security of same sex to do it. The women will have their handbag checked quickly, and usually their frisk doesn’t amount to much because they’re dressed for the club.

It’s annoying but the places that bother with it see fights occur pretty often so I understand why they do it.

If they were insisting male security frisk her or something I’d get why you’d be upset and that would also make me pretty sus about it.

Edit: Frisked on the way in right? Or are you saying after they already entered?

I just got some at the Walmart in north Attleboro yesterday. Check on Walmart.com to see if one near you has them in stock. They only had small bottles. They were so high up and pushed back so I didn’t see them the first time I checked. Aisle A3 next to the Tabasco, top shelf

I’m a straight 36 year old white dude and I can confirm no one assessed my gayness when I went there on a Saturday with my fiancé and friends.

The music was awful though hahah. Definitely catered to a young crowd. 60 second clips of bad pop remixes. I love house/dance/disco but the music was none of that
