No, there isn’t. When White Electric, not exactly in Fed Hill, went union. They asked for suggestions on what changes customers would like to see. I suggested opening at 5:30-6:00am for those of us, like union construction workers, that have a early start could get a decent cup of coffee. I was literally laughed at and told their u ion employees did not want to start that early. This is the only city I have ever lived in that did not have a coffee shop open earlier than 7am. And no, Dunkin is not a real coffee shop.

After further reading, I've become to. Understand that some of the comments here may be from people who are smarter than me. But, that's why I posted it. To encourage some discussion and see if my thoughts were In line with anyone else's.

I just can't believe that ANYONE would blindly vote Republican across the board.....

I don't eat chick fila anymore. Because I don't share in that companies values. Who are consistently against some of our marginalized members of society. Myself included.

I thank everyone for their opinions and time.

I think it's an oversight on your part when say it's kinda dumb. When you have a chance of impacting a comPany by choosing not to spend your $ with them.

I don't think its kinda dumb at all. It could be a grassroots effort to affect your beliefs in where you spend your money. If enough people did the same, kinda dumb turns into kinda a lot of $.

Kinda smart.

Mt. Fuji Japanese Steakhouse looked pretty cool inside.
Unfortunately, the clerk somehow thought I ordered take out when I meant to eat in.

They got 4 stations where they can cook in front of you at least and a Bar area.

No, that sounds like a waste of many peoples time. You are likely less special and less deserving than people who have asked this question previously. So just have an organic experience, if you’re capable of it. I promise it will be 10x more memorable than a crowd sourced search bar.

I know the morning coffee market well. That Starbucks does open early like 6amish.

I get it, it would be convenient for me but it's also a total ghost town when I get to work that early, so I understand it's a financial pit.

Federal Hill has seen some early spots come and go, like Crepe Cafe, and it'd just be bad business. Even Sin tried a lot of different hours after the pandemic to see what worked best for them.

I think some people move here from more 24/7 major cities and then are bummed that there aren't many 2am eats, early spots, or 24 hour stores but like....this isn't that kind of city and the demand really isn't there.

Yeah, it was always a nice hazy, lazy summer city walk around for people who live here. That was still... Very busy.

The idea of turning it into a student attended juggernaut... Why not just make a separate festival?

It's now essentially an entirely different festival entirely because the energy and composition of the audience is radically different.

Lived here for 10 years and have a very fortunate household income. But I just can't stomach paying 4k to rent something that was probably 1700 a few years back.

OP, I think this is pretty steep for craigslist roommates PVD, so you might have better luck reaching out to other young people at your company or in other circles where there's a bit more high income 20-somethings. Reddit is def a good start, but maybe mention it at work that you're looking.
