Disagree. Moniker has the best outdoor space and location. Great to be out by the fire pits and food trucks and on west fountain.
I love the beer at long live but dont send this guy to deep west end rather than the cool part of federal hill.

RISD museum is FREE on Sundays. World class museum: ancient art, great impressionist collection, lots of cool design, fashion and furniture stuff too. Good coffee shop.

I think if you're using the app it will automatically upgrade to a day pass after you spend $6.

I’m finding myself recovering from this mindset. I sold my house (EDIT: sold because I couldn’t work from home due to noise and neighbors threatened to kill me when I complained about noise) and moved in with a family member who needs a caretaker and was having difficulty finding one until I could find a condo, but interest rates and the sharp increase in prices I’ve seen since they announced the $17500 for first time buyers is making that not a reality. There is a terrible mold issue in this house and my face swells to a point I can’t open my eyes and I constantly feel like I have the flu. The mold doesn’t bother the family member so they are not willing to spend money to remediate. Now I find myself looking at apartment after apartment that is fine with someone having 2 cats but not my 11 pound dog. Now I’m in a position where I either have to get rid of a dog I’ve had for 5 years and effectively be blacklisted from adopting from a rescue again (believe me, they’re like the mob they find these things out) or stay where my health is in peril.

When I was 21 years old, I was in Afghanistan on a volunteer deployment to keep Kandahar City secure. We efficiently and effectively disrupted and dismantled insurgent networks for months.
But I was still just a dumb fucking kid, because I was only 21 years old. Let's show a little empathy here. We all know their actions were dangerous to others as well as themselves, and it should be condemned. It's a problem to be solved. But they're dead kids, at the end of the day. And that sucks.

Consider it PTSD. Tends to happen when you live in a city where borderline psychotic people think it's fine to pop a wheelie and aim their vehicle at you.

Moniker is such a mid brewery in a city full of really good breweries. Try long live instead.

Like a baby because I don’t intentionally traumatize other people by driving recklessly into oncoming traffic. I’ve seen dudes like these in providence literally play “chicken” with oncoming traffic just to scare the drivers.
Sounds like they encountered the consequences of their actions and by doing so traumatized an innocent driver who has to live with this now.

The dirt bike/Batmobile style thing to “regular car” ratio in my neighborhood in NY is about 7 ( Batmobile/dirt bike) to 3 (regular ) so I’m pretty use to all that. It’s beyond excessive in my area though lol and I don’t remember the last time I didn’t have to struggle to find parking so I’m happy to hear that.

Drivers and pedestrians and people on dirt bikes and in those batmobile things can be chaotic in their choices, but it's pretty rare that you run into significant traffic or trouble parking in Providence.

I don't know, man. When I was a kid with a new driver's license flying down 95 at 100mph in an old shit box, it's dumb luck that I didn't kill myself or my friends riding along. We've all done incredibly dumb things in our lives. Most of us have just been lucky to survive unscathed.

Ok thanks. Good to hear that I won’t be so limited after all having the dog with us.
As far as driving goes…should I anticipate NY style city driving or more laid back?

Big thanks. I’ve seen so many videos/pictures and so on and the city looks absolutely gorgeous.
Will definitely check out the brewery and those parks you mentioned.
Hopefully the weather holds up.
