Shelters and rescues are not the same thing. Not all rescues are shelter-based, many operate with the help of foster families. Your post is suspicious because both shelters and rescues vet adopters, and when people are looking to avoid going that route, it's possible there's a reason they wouldn't pass the vetting process.

This isn't Maine. Plus we have a habit of picking up strays, and kinda trapping them here, as a state. So in my book, if they grew up here amongst my kids, if they have an accent and have a preferred party pizza, they're Rhode Islanders. Yeah first generation. It don't take long to get salt in your bones

48 lofts at 1 person per loft is 48 people living in downtown who probably wouldn’t be there if not for the small size and relative affordability. Paolinos “studley” building is 65 micro units and the one next to “the dorrance” is also micro lofts.

I see people coming and going from the arcade pretty often when im walking by. You can enter and exit from either side

Yeah that’s why I said I’ve seen them for sale….but given the size sometimes those types of places aren’t primary residences.

I’ve never seen a soul when I go in the arcade. Obviously those condos aren’t housing many people just given their size - guessing most are solo occupied. Hence not a good example of residences contributing to pedestrian traffic!

We went Sunday night. We'd seen the show in Boston at the Orpheum Theatre and I thought it was the most amazing show I'd seen to date. The vocals were flawless. I found last night at PPAC to be too loud at points, at the point of piercing rather than stirring, and vocally inferior to the Boston performance in 2021. But now I am thinking it may have been the audio as you are all suggesting. Though when I have seen Wicked, which has some giant notes, the sound has always been great. We were in the last row of first dress circle.
