You can probably find street parking near the arcade if your there just for a little while. While you’re there rooftop at providence G is nearby, G Pub (not sure if your out getting drinks, etc. ) If you want to take a little walk and people watch I think there is roller disco outside across the street from the Graduate (formerly Biltmore, you’ll see the sign) There’s a beer garden there too. They used to have a comedian on Friday’s, not sure if that’s still going on this late in the season.

If you walk in the opposite down the river the pedestrian bridge is pretty.

As it’s been suggested many times before, get a realtor. They will be able to search and find things you may miss or not even aware are available.

I used Facebook marketplace, Zillow, and apartments.com along with Craigslist. The only annoying thing is that there are some scams out there, so beware. If they ask you to sign up for a specific credit check, nine times out of 10 it’s a scammer. Also if the price seems too good to be true, it most likely is. I’ve heard of some people transferring thousands of dollars in a security deposit just to be blocked or never hear from this person again.

The owner of this management company screwed over a disabled tenant we were trying to place in one of his units because they were impatient …. They also asked some REALLY shitty questions about the tenant because they assumed a LOT about a section 8 voucher holder…

Edit: phrasing

They’re badness is exaggerated. They usually work just fine. Occasionally they don’t. If you take it every day, you will inevitably be screwed once in a while—that leads to a lot of frustration which we vent on the internet. But on any given trip, you are very likely to have a normal subway ride.
