Here’s the press release with all the info: https://www.rilegislature.gov/pressrelease/_layouts/RIL.PressRelease.ListStructure/Forms/DisplayForm.aspx?List=c8baae31%2D3c10%2D431c%2D8dcd%2D9dbbe21ce3e9&ID=372704&Web=2bab1515%2D0dcc%2D4176%2Da2f8%2D8d4beebdf488

Dispensaries are able to sell to the public, BUT cities and towns just had the option whether to allow on the ballot. The way it works is each municipality has the option to allow/not allow. Then there’s a whole regulatory thing potential dispensaries have to go through. I don’t think the state has put together the Cannabis Commission yet, and that’s what will decide which entities get the permitting to sell recreational cannabis.

TL;DR - I think dispensaries that are currently selling cannabis to medical patients will be able to sell to the public on Dec 1, but the framework for other retail stores will take a bit.

That was the southbound side. The recent completion was the northbound section that was built on the footprint of the old southbound section, allowing northbound traffic to keep moving. The picture is the demolition of the original northbound section. It'll be replaced to add 3 additional lanes allowing for a breakdown lane, and 2 express left lanes. Check out the dotri page.

They can get all those benefits. I'll give you 2 well known illegals who were collecting from programs they should not have been. Obamas aunt zeituni and uncle omar..Me personally I have dealt with illegals who lived on SSDI. Mortgages for illegals has been around since mid 2000s . Bank of America started that. Just because you say it don't happen dont make it that way.
