It's frustrating when some of these places are owned by LLCs that may not even live in the state, let alone the building. There's really no reason to get invested then on quality of life issues.

Providence is a heat island. We really could use the greenery and the lack of it is so short sighted.

I can't understand why anyone likes Harry's. Maybe it's just me but I can't call a tiny well done patty that makes up 1/8 of the whole thing a "good burger". Eaten there 3 times and been disappointed every time. I miss Luxe Burger; I think when someone asks for good burgers they don't mean sliders, they mean a full size burger that you can get cooked however you want. At least that's what I mean when I ask for good burgers.
