Current plans (linked in article) call for more parking, which the developer needs to submit an application to RI Housing by January, but future plans would reduce the amount of parking involved.

Nice area too: Bayberry, Slow Rhode, Moniker, Beer on Earth, Y Noodle & Bar, the new Y Shabu Shabu, the ice cream place.

Didn't make it into the article: Building can be so dense/tall only because it's affordable. Market rate building wouldn't have been allowed that density.

Link is in the article, but here's what 60% of AMI looks like:

Sucks. I know this is obv a PVD subreddit, but if you can make the trip to Plainville, MA (25 mins from downtown PVD) An Unlikely Story is an amazing bookstore. Jeff Kinney (Diary of a Wimpy Kid author) spent millions on this bookstore. Chelsea Clinton did a signing last month there. It’s really great. I know, I know, it’s not within walking distance but I live in North Attleboro and it’s closest thing to the old bookstores that used to be ubiquitous

Another fav spot of mine. The same week as Cellar Stories too. What a bummer.

Other than Eddy and Falldowney's there's no downtown bars I enjoy going to. Blakes is fine for convenience and I like the staff and food at Murphy's but they both get kinda sad in there.
