Theres a Nonas on mineral springs as well, thats probably a little easier to get to. But also the Daily Stop mart off Charles st (and maybe the one on broad, but I havent been in there) has a decent cheap selection.

Try thundermist health center. It's not the best place but they have lots of doctors (and helpers like DOs and PAs) so you could likely be seen in some reasonable amount of time
