Coffee Syrup. You could also get some clam cake box mix from iggy's. It's sold at Dave's Supermarket.

The Local Catch has smoked bluefish and smoked mussels. Both would travel well. However, I usually catch them at the saturday farmers markets, and there won't be one on the 24th. Not sure where else they vend.

I really want to like Angelo's and Andino's, but the food is just bad. No complex flavors, very one dimensional. Meatballs at Angelo's taste like out of a can. I love the ambience, but that's not enough for me anymore.

I look forward to driving through it because I find it engaging and fun. But I’ve also seen some crazy shit happen on that highway that can raise your heart bpm pretty quickly.

Nah. I have a girlfriend who was with me when this happened. After it happened the female who spun out told me “idk what happened my car just spun out that was so scary.”
I made this post to maybe try to help explain how she lost control and spun her car out. I have been behind the wheel of a vehicle that was out of control many times, and seen out of control vehicles from an outside point of view many times.
Also I made this post to say that we are all humans. And driving is dangerous, we don’t realize it because we do it every day and get used to it. It’s okay if we make driving mistakes as long as we put our egos aside and learn from them. I am just thankful nobody’s physical health, or vehicle was damaged.

I like pane vino on the hill. It’s cozy inside and a nice place to bring guests!

Our dog had to have knee surgery over the summer. Our vet recommended ocean state and bay state vet hospitals, but ocean state had a 3 month wait for a consultation and the Ortho at bay state was out on medical. We ended up at New England Animal Medical Center in West Bridgewater. Our dog is doing well now.
I'd also recommend getting on a wait list ASAP for PT as soon as you know you you'll need it. It was a 4+ month wait list for hydrotherapy at Healing Paws (we ended up buying a small pool and walking her in it 2x per week).

Ogie's is opening at 7pm on Christmas Day! My husband and I will likely be stopping in as we don't do much for the holiday either.

I love to hear this. Met my husband there; the original owner is his family. The quality has gone downhill a little but it’s still good enough to go.

Oof I remember being young and dumb seeing how fast I could get through on my Subaru at 18y/o. 115 or so was the highest I was stupid enough to try.

Cucina Rustica in Cranston is really good too. The “Sunday Gravy” is like 10 pounds of meat on pasta, and is very reasonably priced for something that usually lasts me 3 meals.
