My boyfriend was initiating sex everyday and the stress of it was making me feel guilty/anxious. I discussed this with him because he doesn't react negatively when I turn him down. 2/3 times a week is ideal for me. He didn't get upset or defensive when I said to him that I was feeling overwhelmed. However, he said he was sorry for making me feel the way I did and that he never intended for me to feel any kind of pressure. I am thankful that he could see my point of view. He's not trying much since I had the conversation with him and just waits for me to initiate, which is fine. Maybe he'll be more relaxed about it with time. I'm glad that he understood.
TLDR: I talked to my boyfriend about him initiating sex everyday being too much and he's been understanding and was not upset at all.
