She didn't think I saw...

We were out at a bar with another couple one night. My wife and her friend stayed behind while myself and her friend's husband went to bring the cars around.

After getting almost out the door, I turned back around to grab my coat I'd forgotten. I got to an angle I could see her and her friend, without them seeing me, and to my surprise, they'd written on the chalkboard beside the pool tables "For a good time call $(%,@. We'll toss your salad." Then they wrote their real phone numbers below. I made the mistake of pretending not to see and went back out to the car.

I did eventually bring it up, but now she says "It was just a joke."

But why would you intentionally wait to joke like that until after you thought your spouse wasn't around? Regardless, it just seems incredibly shady and disrespectful. The two of them kept looking around to see if either myself or her friend's husband were around, so they clearly didn't want us seeing. She says I have no room to question her integrity... but I honestly don't even know what to make of it all, other than I don't like it.
