My (21M) girlfriend of two years (20F) went in to my apartment without my permission on a hunch I was cheating and she’d catch me

I don’t know how to get her to understand why I am upset. She crossed a boundary, and had no reason to believe I would cheat. We have never had this issue in the past, and we have been together two years. What can I say? She just doesn’t get it.
