Hard to tell so my guess is probably wants to cheat on his gf. Not saying that a guy automatically wants to cheat on his gf whenever there's another woman around. What I am saying is why would a guy want to meet up with a girl from a dating up if not to hook up? Sure it could be platonic but I sure as hell wouldn't be cool with having a gf and talking to some girl I met on a dating app if we never became friends.
