Hello! I am 27M, and my girlfriend of 4 years [27F] has started using an app called "Tandem" where you talk to people online in order to learn languages. Now, she has started talking to a guy [28M] and since my girlfriend has a family house near him (which she is going to visit for unrelated reasons) they have planned to meet to know each other by having dinner at a sushi restaurant. A little bit of background: from what my girlfriend told me, this guy has a girlfriend too (8 years relationship) but they live in different cities and it is unknown whether or not this guy told her girlfriend that he is meeting mine. I am feel pretty uneasy about the idea of them having dinner together (even if I trust my girlfriend), but in spite she told me that if it bothers me she can not go, I don't like the idea of prohibiting to her to make new friends and be overprotective. My girlfriend is not used to meet other guys, she only occasionally goes out with other girl friends. She and I don't see each other every day of the year because I study abroad so I can only see her whenever there's vacations or when she visits me. What do you think I should do? Thank you.
