Please excuse any mistakes, I'm not a native English speaker. I (24F)'ve been living together with my boyfriend (30M) for a year. We've managed to share our responsabilities regarding house duties pretty fairly and I'm the one doing the laundry (among other things). Now, there's an issue I've been observing for around 2 months - all his pants and underwear seem to have traces of shit. I'm aware that... Shitting is normal and... things happen, but every time I see this, I get a little sick to my stomach. I think this has also caused a drop in my libido because everytime we're about to... do the tango, I remember that he's perhaps TOO LAZY TO EVEN PROPERLY WIPE HIS ASS. Should I... Say something about this or just keep ignoring it because it's dumb / unimportant and it might hurt his feelings? How should I approach this in a gentle manner?
Edit / Update: I discussed this with him and it seems like it is indeed caused by a "reoccurring" medical issue (triggered at some point in his childhood). He did not want to get into details and he seemed genuinely embarrassed and sorry for making me deal with this... I don't think I handled the subject as gently as I should have and he was crushed by the conversation, so I ended up comforting him...
Still, I am disappointed that he also doesn't seem to want to visit a doctor (and this is not due to financial problems, he just thinks that it's "pointless"). I'm planning to attempt to change his mind, so wish me luck!
