Depends on what you're after. For a thick cut strip or porterhouse your best bets are Buckhead's or Bookbinder's. For a filet I'd say L'Oppossum. For a sous vide tenderloin it's Lemaire, no question.

Avoid tobacco company. Went there a few months ago and my hubby and I each ordered steak. The cut was tough and was over cooked, chewy and not much flavor. I’ve had a better steak at outback.

Landlords are required to provide adequate heat per the Landlord Tenant Act https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/title55.1/chapter12/section55.1-1220/

Also, here's a document with what to do when the landlord is required by law to make emergency repairs - specifically states no heat in the winter: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.vdh.virginia.gov/content/uploads/sites/119/2017/05/LandlordTenant-1.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwiMh4HF7JX8AhXyFVkFHY6qAzsQFnoECA8QBg&usg=AOvVaw1rofUFghoczPf6j_k_ZbrE

Although it sucks about no company they called willing to come out, I'm not sure if the law still cover you if you call any and every company yourself and stick the bill to your landlord.

Good luck!

Talked to a city worker that was working the other day. Large areas of Richmond city water pressure may be slightly affected as the pipes can partially freeze hindering overall flow. However if in an apartment complex/townhouse /or even a home the main water line to and in the building, along with any number of the other distribution lines off of that is usually the culprit and needs time to thaw completely.

John from HouseMaster was great for us. Very thorough, took the time to review his findings and was available for questions even after. His final report was detailed and organized with lots of reference photos.
