Sat / Saturday Morning Yoga @ Living Water Community Center / 9am and 10am / $5 - $20
Saturday Morning Yoga! Welcoming to all! Like this:
8:50 am Doors open
9:00 am Gentle Yoga (absolutely no Vinyasas, just a purely nurturing practice)
9:55 am Doors Open Again
10:00 am Slow Flow Yoga (some Vinyasas, elaboration welcome, mindful pacing, all levels)
This way you can choose the practice that suits you that day, or choose both! For many the first practice is a warm-up for the second practice.
As always bring your mat, your water, and any comforts you might enjoy! We do have spare mats, blocks, and props, too!
Always by donation ~ All are welcome!
Suggested $5-20, as you can, to support our teacher and our space!

Just pay for a babysitter, a concert is not the place for an infant, ear plugs or not…

I believe they are allowed and don't need a ticket but they do have to watch the merch table for 30 minutes.

Old old jewelers trick is to boil it in water with a few drops of dish soap and a splash of vinegar for about ten minutes. The bubbles in the water loosen grime and body oils. Rinse under hot water with sink plugged and brush with a soft toothbrush. Repeat if necessary.

Sarah at Snatchbox. She does her own booking, but works out of Divine Spa and Body out in the West End. I've only seen her twice and she's so lovely. She does sugaring too, if you're interested.

Reply to Best Place to Service a VW? by The-Illuminati
Congrats! I own that car's cousin ('18 Golf GTI.) And it sounds like you're on the right path. In my opinion, after owning mostly BMWs and VWs for the last two decades, I believe that a good specialist can save you money and hassle. You want a place that has already worked on 50 of those same cars and can give you a list of what to expect, not a place that has to figure it out as they go along.
First one that comes to mind... Delta V Motorsports in the city is plenty familiar with that "mk7" chassis (although they mostly handle the GTI and Golf R versions, it's the same basic car.) Worth a call at least.
I've heard good things about Import Autohaus but I've also heard bad things, and that they are expensive. Again, worth looking into perhaps.
Oh, on that 1.8T engine you are probably due for an intake cleaning (carbon buildup thanks to direct injection) or at least inspection by that age/mileage as well. Just something you may need to budget for.
Good luck!

As others have mentioned West End Antiques ALWAYS has some cool stuff but definitely isn’t the most affordable. Last week I had some time to kill out in Midlothian and checked out the Habitat for Humanity thrift shop on Mall Drive and the thrift store across the street in the old Pier 1 building on the other side of Midlothian. Both of them had some awesome looking furniture and were CHEAP too. Definitely worth a trip across the river! Also both stores didn’t seem to be picked clean by resellers like Diversity always seems to now.
