Cary Street Vet does good rabbit work, super friendly, but not the cheapest. Cost per line item is on par with others, but the number of items tends to be higher, in my experience. The trade off being quality care.

Probably being visible to make people think before they possibly drink and drive over the New Years holiday. Its more of a deterrent similar to a cop sitting on the highway doing radar is more about slowing down speeders than catching them and writing tickets.
