Had an amazing experience with Break Of Day! They were super accommodating with my schedule, even drove to my job to pick up my keys for no extra charge.

Just about every city in the country is saying that.

Data from the NFIRS (fire department reporting system) shows that accidents have skyrocketed in past 36 calendar months nationally. Probably globally.

Less driver education, less restrictions(like relaxed laws), less punishment, and societal stress have made it pretty common

I'm close to Publix. Pick the right light and biking there is feasible. I would probably try Lauderdale over Pump. A pedestrian bridge would be nice. And trying to get to the movie theater across pouncy tract is real life frogger.

If the criteria is the ability to get to the mall, sure it's not easy, but there's so much out here that's spread out all over the place.

When I was house hunting, I was shocked at the amount of people out and waking around in all the neighborhoods I drove through. I know my opinion of this area is in the minority.

I looked in twin hickory and the somewhat isolation was a negative for me.

Good question. The melting point on the low end of PVC plumbing overlaps temperature of boiling water. 99% of the time, the contact with the boiling water is so brief it won't be a problem. But, if that water gets stopped by a clog somewhere down the line, the prolonged exposure to the hot water can cause the plumbing to become warped. Most (but not all) PVC P traps are formulated with a PVC version that can handle temperatures above boiling water, but I have come across a couple that didn't survive over the years, with the first one happening to me which led me down the rabbit hole to find out why it's not a good idea to just pour boiling water down the drain.
