Are the Cleveland Guardians suing? All I get from this story is that the Cleveland Guardians have objected to them being granted a Trademark. Happens all the time in IP law. If you can’t get a logo trademarked, then redesign it (as original Art) and trademark that.

Smelled it in Churchill, I thought it was maybe natural gas (smelled a bit like spoiled eggs). I was going to call the gas company but it went away an hour or so later.
