If you associate yourself with ACAB in either direction as a privileged person, you're an idiot.

You are assuming there are other idiots around like you, on either side, here. Nobody in this thread is like that and you are making up an imaginary enemy in your mind to debate because you're a boring person. Just get a life man.

All of us normal people are tired of you morons who want to bring up and debate politics 24/7 in an attempt to mask your embarassing education level.

Sure when it’s accurate for current predictions. But it’s not for Richmond.

There are an absolute ton of listings. SO many. But 75% out of the price range.

Only one listing in Charlottesville was above 1400 for 2 beds. Gonna go with my reality of what I’m experiencing because that’s what matters now. Unfortunately I can’t wait for the eventually flood of spring listings. But this is the real time situation

Hi, Village employee here. All is well and we are back to regular business hours today. I'm currently trying to get an update on the victim's condition. We just happened to have a nurse dining with us last night who sprung into action and sat with the victim while we waited for EMS- she and her party ate for free, of course. Thanks for all the support RVA it means so much to us :)

It’s not just made up Reddit talk, it’s real life “been looking for an apartment/house to rent for the past 2 months checking 5 times a day” The statistics are not real-time. What I’m experiencing every day of looking is my reality and the true reality of Richmond. There are way more options that are affordable in cville than in Richmond. (I work in cville) but have no interest in living there

Cville is more expensive. Median 2 bedroom rent in Richmond is 1311. That means half of all 2 beds in Richmond are under 1311.

The going rate for a studio is not 1300, that's just a made up reddit thing.
