As a former accountant for many well known businesses in this area, as much as I want to agree with you on this, I have had to explain to many employees who misunderstand how to read a paycheck.

Not saying this doesn't happen, BUT more often than not... it's the former.

You're prolly gonna pay an electrician a couple hundo on top of that. Get some 6/3 Romex and 3/4" PVC conduit and a 50 amp breaker and do it yourself.

You can even still get it inspected by the county if you want to go the permit route. Nothing stopping you from doing your own electrical work.

If it makes you feel any better, I’m an established patient with HCA primary care and I’ve scheduled 3 appointments online only to be told those times didn’t actually exist. You’d think they’d just stop offering that option at this point?

Much as I wasn't the greatest fan of having to trek downtown to MCV for my PCP, they were at least better than the HCA PCP I switched to here in Short Pump. Moving to Raleigh/Durham soon and not expecting it to be better but still hoping for it to be.

You're just so off base. The public isn't entitled to anyones private information for any reason. There's no indication that anything incriminating is in the communications they requested.

Any sort of government review of the situation would let them review that information and other relevant information without violating anyones rights.

If they give away inmates information to anyone that asks, then that's a major issue.

Public transit here seems pretty good as someone who has lived in DC, Baltimore and Orlando. Can't speak to schools. The gun crime really isn't that bad. I've lived in the Ward near Gilpin and on Chamberlayne, I've never really felt in danger. But maybe that's just because I've lived in Southeast DC and sketchy parts of Baltimore/Orlando. Seems pretty easy to stay out of danger in RVA.

That presupposes the families of dead inmates don't want the information revealed. And it ignores the public's need to have information to hold government officials accountable when the jail system has repeatedly failed the most basic duty of keeping inmates alive.

If their job is holding prisoners, and prisoners die on their watch, they don't get the benefit of the doubt. They need scrutiny. And the more information they withhold, the more suspicious we should be.
