Open up that google calendar, pop a reminder for January 10th or something, title it "Stock up on Allegra". I do this with any problem I know I'll have again next year. I even put my registration and oil change on my calendar. Make life easy.

My first house here had the train right in the backyard. I got used to it and slept fine. Now I live in woodland heights and it’s the absolute best. I love how close and accessible the river and browns island are, but it’s complemented by having a bit more space and neighborhood feel.

The past few nights I've been having a tough time breathing. And its weird, it has been an annual thing at this time of year for me for 4 or 5 years now. This year hasn't been as bad as 2020 was, but its been worse than '21 and '22.

I do the basic plan which is a pill once a day and then this foam stuff (basically Rogaine) twice a day. You gotta stay with it but I started seeing some results after a month. I started seeing real noticeable results after 3+ maybe? I’ll post a before/after real soon.
