It was kicked up by the high winds a few weeks back. Mold is all year and you can get the counts in the same places you find pollen and ragweed.

I am probably less sensitive to cleanliness than most people (and aside from climbing gyms I haven't heard of gyms with a shoe policy), but I'm curious if you have already visited some gyms and we're disappointed with their cleanliness?

Manchester YMCA has been my gym for decades. The new remodel is great.

The weather changes do it to me. Have had congestion and swollen sinuses this past week. I’m allergic to mold, but not so bad.

I just signed up on the website. There was some quick questionnaire you do, take a couple photos for the doctor, and in a matter of minutes you’re approved. I looked the guy up and he’s certified and all that important stuff.

Honestly the hardest part for me is remembering to do the foam portion twice a day. It’s okay if you miss a day or so though.
