I'd be playing FO4 tonight if it wasn't for the fact that no matter what, I can't actually make it through the Goodneighbor part of the story without the game constantly crashing on me. Without mods, with mods, various angles of approaching the city, on PS4 or PS5 (with the PS4 game), no matter what character or save file. It's driving me absolutely mad!

I'm looking forward to the next-gen update they're releasing for free sometime this year, though. But if they haven't fixed whatever bug that is in the new update, I might be swearing off FO4 forever.

Also, I'm very sorry to hear about your cat. My dog, who we said goodbye to August 2021, absolutely loved pizza crust. She'd smell it before a delivery person got to the front door, and she'd be able to tell if we were taking a frozen pizza out from the freezer just by the sound. She wouldn't react to any other box we took out of it. It was uncanny! Her last meal during her "going away party" was unlimited pizza crust. She had a good night 🥹

I had a client recently buy on Fairmount and another sell on 22nd. It’s great being so close to downtown and a cool area. The big issues are who flipped the house. If it was a solid company it can be a great deal but there are some really awful flips in the area too. Just my two cents but I think that this will continue to be a popular area as the city continues to expand.

Depends on what you're looking for. Do you need to fear for your life? No, but if you want a cheap house with potential and don't mind your shit being broken into and gunshots on a regular basis, then those neighborhoods will work for you. Church Hill North and Oakwood are probably the better of the ones you mentioned. Be leery of any "modernized" homes over that way. I've inspected many and can count on one hand of those that weren't absolute garbage.

Been fighting a head cold all week so taking it easy with some bud and games.

Watched our latest taxpayer funded snuff film and while I could say a lot I'll keep it short and sweet and say we need to do better than the dumb motherfuckers that get to be cops currently. Otherwise people will continue to rightfully hate them, and people that actually need help aren't going to get it.

Oh, this is my third play-through. The new version for PS5 feels like a brand new game even though it’s the same game I’ve already played before.

Naughty Dog is my favorite game studio. Between Uncharted and TLOU, they’re largely the reason why I got my PS3 and PS4.

It’s a fantastic adaptation of the game. The casting and production so far nails it!

I played it when it originally came out for PS3, then the remaster for PS4, and now this rebuilt (and gorgeous) version for PS5.

The second game is heavy AF. I can’t wait to see how they adapt it for TV—assuming it’s renewed and gets to that point. It sounds all-but certain it’ll be renewed, though.

Pot and Fallout4 for us. Then going to eat pizza in honor of our pizza-fiend of a cat who we said goodbye to yesterday. So glad that she didn't like pineapples on her pizza, ugh.

Getting some strange: tonight I’m house sitting and caring for two cats and a dog. Enjoying the cuddles.

After this I might just watch a movie and happily fall asleep during it. Why did this week feel so long? Why am I so tired?
