Richmond restaurants at a certain quality/price point are very incestual in that they almost exclusively hire from within the existing pool of local servers/bartenders/managers who are recommended by their existing staff. Nothing wrong with that, you want to work with people you trust, just means it's hard for a new person to break into the really lucrative spots.

That said, a friend works at Jack Brown's and I'd imagine that must be a nice gig as far as serving goes, they're almost always packed, the menu is simple, no mixed drinks, just beers and burgers and steady churn for an entire shift in a space small enough that you can see all your tables at a glance.

F45! Ive never been to the Midlothian location, but the others (Short Pump, Dumbarton, and The Fan) are filled with members of all different fitness levels. It is a very welcoming and encouraging culture. Super fun! The classes are intense, but you can modify just about any exercise. I think they have a free 7-day trial so you can really get a feel for it before making a financial commitment.

I prefer to not censor my self to comfort their mass delusion that their industrial snack cuisine that looks like meat is the peak of veggie experiences. I think that it’s a public good if everyone wants quality fresh veggies then resteraunts have lots of great options instead of stinkin meat like veggie Pattie’s that are junk food.

I never ate at burgerIM but I do know that johnny rockets and fatburger have the same owner, which is why their menus are exactly the same. There was a johnny rockets and fatburger directly across from each other where I used to live and they both had the exact same designed signs in their windows advertising the new vegan items lol
