Literally any other burger place, including fast food, has better burgers than Fatburger. You're paying airport prices for no quality or flavor.

The way that you get nova is by continuing to build more suburban sprawl. Unless you can convince no one to ever build another house again...you are going to want to start advocating for more middle density at the edges of the city and in the counties.

Personally I think it's far too late and several decades of building only single family homes and strip malls has already caught up to us. We aren't going to just be "like NOVA"...we are on the cusp of being absorbed into the megalopolis that stretches from Fredericksburg to DC to Boston.

All that NIMBY-ism delivered the opposite of what people wanted.

I nearly got killed right here a few weeks ago when a car ran a red light, that had been red for at least 5 seconds, at like 70 mph. Not to mention how nerve-wracking it is to cross Belvedere with your back to the one-way traffic from Cary, are people turning onto Belvedere going to stop for you, do they see you or are they on their phone? It's like Russian roulette, sometimes I feel like I should be walking backwards across the street so I can keep an eye on them.

Andy Nelson's in Cockeysville MD has the best BBQ North of the Carolinas. Their brisket, pulled pork and even their pulled and smoked turkey are absolutely incredible.
