The secret is Appointment Scanner. It will let you know whenever there is an opening. I wasn’t finding any appointments and was able to snag one when it alerted me. Worth every penny.

There's only a couple appointments once a week, so they're comically difficult to get. You can find a blood sausage at any Balkan deli or restaurant. Not the same. I get ours from Scottish Gourmet formerly out of NJ but in NC now I believe. Their shipping used to be very reasonable and they take orders for the Celtic Festival and deliver your order at the event.
