Speed limit should be 15 on most streets around VCU. More should be converted to bus and pedestrian/bikes only. It makes zero sense for cars to be given higher priority than foot traffic as they make up a much smaller share of commuters in that area. 195 exists. Force cars and trucks to use it rather than speeding on Cary and Main. This is very simple and would save lives while costing motorists a couple dollars a day.

I called the office and asked if they were doing interviews still here or not since I also couldn't get an appointment. The officer told me that they released all the dates for the next month on Tuesday morning at 7 am. I think it was the third Tuesday of the month. Even knowing this, I still almost wasn't able to get an appointment since they were gone within literally two minutes.

If there’s any construction site in the area bet on them being there. Usually VCU Health/MCV by the hospital between 10/11am-1pm. Their brick and mortar is off Midlothian not too far from downtown. Their food truck is best I’ve had besides El Chido

I used to visit a food court in Oriental City, a shopping mall for the Oriental communities in North London. The food court had no chains, no brands, just 20+ family owned businesses all doing their thing, turning out their specialities at reasonable prices. They leased space from the mall owners and it was the best, busiest most diverse place I've ever eaten. Even the likes of Borough Market in London hasn't got the breadth this place had. Or the Richmond model, where a restaurant business owns the hall and fills it with their "not quite" concepts with little variation and no competition.
