I went to the OB Motivate clinic when I was pregnant and on suboxone. Dr. Tyson and Dr. Martin are the most empathetic and knowledgeable medical professionals I've come across in addiction medicine. I'm really sorry to hear about what you've gone through. I'm three years off heroin myself - if you ever want to chat, please reach out!

Thank you. I was pregnant last year and on Subs. After I lost the baby I relapsed and I've basically been fighting this ever since. I was in the motivate clinic at that time, but I just did my medical appointments there and got my meds from them. I didn't know they had other services!

Young brings this up every few years. Let’s preface this with: he’s the absolute worst BUT

He’s not wrong. There are some serious discrepancies in school sizes that are an atrocious waste of school funds and lead to inequitable distribution of resources. Compare Henderson to River City or Swansboro to Broad Rock.

However, rezoning schools and moving students around like that is an extremely complex issue and not one that Richmond is prepared to take on given that they can’t even decide on a calendar or curriculum.

If you want to stay on the methadone rbha also offers outpatient methadone. Program’s called recovery plus. Just call rapid access and they’ll figure out what the best fit is for you, but they offer everything; detox, inpatient, outpatient, subs or methadone. Good on you for taking the first step.
