Yeah I also came here to say the same thing about this place, a shame to see that hasn't been everyone's experience there. Good to keep an eye on though when I need a mechanic again

Reply to VCU student death highlights worsening pedestrian fatalities trend in Richmond. How can the city fix it? by CrassostreaVirginica
Sorry for the second post on this topic, after this one from a day or two ago, but this article contains some details the previous one didn't, including some statements by Councilwoman Lynch (whose district covers VCU) and a look at the overall trend, and IMO this conversation is worth continuing.

Cool, how do you get the people to show up for the services and take advantage of them?

Yeah when I said "I" I really meant we as my spouse pays for Netflix and I pay for Disney+. I looked it up to satisfy my curiosity and the average I found is 4 subscriptions.
I believe I saw that Netflix is about to crack down on password sharing. I don't know about other streaming services password sharing leniency but I wonder how that will impact average subscriptions.

Lots of places to shop and schools are good. North chesterfield is vast so depending on exactly where you’re looking , safety could vary. Sounds like it fits the bill for what your family is looking for.

Definitely check out Rapid City Gym on Franklin. They have trainers but you don’t have to use them. No cardio machines though.

As a current elementary teacher, it's not funny and totally not real at all. The amount of times they randomly walk out of a class to have 30 minute discussions NEVER happens in real life.

I love it! Chester is the best shopping area in the city, in my opinion.
There are lots of cops sitting around out here, so drive safe.

The pun aside, they are still at least pretty good by tract home builder standards. There are much worse people to buy from around here.
