Lyft is saying ~$18.00 for a scheduled 5:15am pickup near St. Mary's to the Amtrak station. If you don't schedule ahead, you might have to wait a little longer but it would be cheaper.

Been here since August, we definitely enjoy it a lot! Traffic could be better but I lived in Fairfax during college and that traffic was on a whole other level.

For one day, I'd leave my car. For multiple days aka overnight, I wouldn't leave my car there unless I absolutely had to.

Probably most flexible and reliable to schedule an Uber or taxi ahead of time. In the past I've scheduled Napoleon Taxi for early morning flights from RIC, and they've been prompt and reliable.

If they have studied this option and determined the infeasibility of it, I wish they would share that out of transparency.
