I think they're referring to Devil's Lettuce.

+1 for any of those food options, although 821 gets quite a line for brunch.

Dawnstar video has a back room with different games you can play a lot of them are Japanese games but as someone who’s not super good it’s still really fun.
wax moon is their sister store nearby that has a lot of horror themed pinball. Both places are $10 for all you can play.
Small friends records and books has a bunch of records and used books, they have a ton of graphic novels, its where most of my collection comes from since they have great prices.

Thanks for the links. I’d be interested to see if these improvements would affect any possible North/South BRT-Pulse route that’s being considered right now.
Also, those Median U-Turn lanes on Laburnum sound….weird.

A Vegan Restaurant recently opened in Innsbrook Shopping centre, between Joey’s Hot Dogs and Firehouse Subs. I have no idea what it’s like but took note of it for when my sister visits.

821 cafe is my fav too! Also try Fresca on Addison. Great food. Tons of delicious fresh options. My husband is vegan and Richmond loves his options there.

If you’re around the VCU area, 821 Cafe is my go to for a restaurant that has killer vegan offerings as well as stuff for omnivores, but Ipanema and Harrison Street cafe are both vegetarian/vegan establishments if everyone is down to eat plant-based. Then you can walk down to Velocity comics after you eat!

The best source is RI02 Executive Summary page 1 showing Concept 1. Concept 1 is also shown in the stakeholder summary, and indicated to be the preferred concept. VDOT didn't publish anything that specifically addresses the pedestrian impact of increasing the road width by adding the right hand turn lanes. https://vaprojectpipeline.org/studies/richmond-district/ri02-route-1-chamberlayne-avenue.asp Here is a screenshot from RI02 Executive Summary:

Huge hedge. Plump sack. Decent dong. Probably a nice grower, but not exactly a shower.

Yard work would not include lot drain system. That is a landlord issue and I would discuss the solution with them as you cannot use the backyard due to drain issues. Yard duties are trimming, grass cutting, bush and tree maintenance but per code of HOA, county or city, not drainage issues.
