Can confirm concierge medicine is ruining healthcare, also Reynolds primary care is great.

Edit: for all the posts on this sub about long wait times and hard to find a PCP, this is why. A lot of good docs have drastically cut their patient population down to around, maybe 1600 patients, and good luck to the rest. A lack of providers is a real problem right now, and sorry, but concierge isn't helping.

I think it’s awful in so many ways.

To get a reasonable of level care, you have to pay more. It allows doctors to load up the patient list, then see who is willing to pay to get to the front of the line.

To be honest, it’s just another way for the practices to pull money out of people rather than focusing on providing a standard of care according to who needs it most and not differentiating for those who can afford to pay more.

nice! i was deciding between x-t3 and x-s10 and ended up going with the x-s10. i am a huge fan of mirrorless cameras now and prefer them over dslrs. i also think the image quality is better on mirrorless. however, the battery life on dslrs (in my experience) is so much longer :// win some and lose some i guess!

I love it!! I got so tired of big dslrs (I had a d700 and 5d mark ii before this) even though I have big hands so the ergonomics take a bit of getting used to, but it’s so much easier to bring with me I take significantly more photos now than ever before. Plus that film camera feeling is just so nice.

This is probably the answer (or some variation on this theme of 'temporary distro system problem'). Try running the faucets for a few minutes and see if the water clears up. If it doesn't start to look better, then that needs to be investigated, because Richmond City water absolutely does not come from the plant with discoloration.

Filters are a must, regardless of whether the municipal water supply is perfectly safe and clear. Anything can happen in the neighborhood's supply line from tree roots, construction, accidents, or even the line between your building's water meter and your faucet/spigots. They're too cheap and easy to replace to neglect setting at least one up.

You can even buy reusable personal water bottles with built-in filtering built right into the cap. A 3-pack of filters can last you 6 months.

While we're on this topic, a PSA for folks to check on and replace the filter in their refrigerator water dispenser/ice maker!
